Who we are
BANQED is operated by Catherine Grehan, based in Ireland. For the purposes of GDPR, BANQED is the data controller for any personal data referenced in this policy, though as explained below, the amount of data we actually access or control is minimal.
What BANQED is
BANQED is a Google Sheets template with an attached Google Apps Script. It helps you catalogue, analyse, and manage your wardrobe entirely within your own Google account.
What data we access
The BANQED script requests limited access to the specific Google Sheet you copy and use. This access is used only to:
Read and write cells within your own BANQED spreadsheet (for example, applying filters, syncing values between your Wardrobe and Sales tabs, and formatting currency)
Display the BANQED sidebar and menu inside your spreadsheet
BANQED does not access any other file, spreadsheet, or document in your Google Drive. The script's permissions are limited to the single spreadsheet it is attached to.
What data we collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, or have any access to the contents of your BANQED spreadsheet. All data you enter, including item names, values, brands, and any other details, stays within your own Google account and is never sent to us or to any third party. BANQED has no external servers and does not communicate with any service outside your Google account.
What data we don't access
BANQED does not access your Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive files outside this spreadsheet, or any other Google service.
Data retention and deletion
Since we do not collect or store any data from your spreadsheet, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. All data lives entirely in your own Google Drive, under your own control. You can delete your BANQED spreadsheet, and everything in it, at any time, the same way you would delete any other Google Sheet.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). Because BANQED does not collect or hold any personal data outside your own Google account, these rights are exercised directly within your Google account settings rather than through us. If you have any questions about how BANQED's permissions work, you can still contact us using the details below.
Third parties
We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose any data, because we do not collect or have access to any data in the first place.
Changes to this policy
