1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who purchases or uses BANQED, a Google Sheets template with an attached Google Apps Script, sold via Gumroad. By purchasing or using BANQED, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

BANQED gives you a copy of a Google Sheets template, along with the Apps Script functionality built into it, for your own personal or household use in cataloguing, tracking, and managing your wardrobe. When you make a copy of the BANQED spreadsheet, that copy is yours to use, edit, and customise freely.

3. Licence, not ownership of the system

Purchasing BANQED gives you a personal licence to use the template. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, formulas, script code, brand, or system to you. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage BANQED, in whole or in part, as your own product or as part of another product, without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the BANQED template or script for the purpose of creating a competing product

• Reverse-engineer the script with the intent to strip and resell it

• Use BANQED for any unlawful purpose

5. No warranty

BANQED is provided "as is." While we've tested it carefully, we don't guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your specific setup or needs. Google Sheets and Google Apps Script are third-party platforms outside our control, and changes Google makes to either may affect BANQED's functionality from time to time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of BANQED, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of time, or decisions made based on BANQED's analytics. Your use of BANQED, and any decisions about your own belongings made using it, remain your responsibility.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Gumroad's own refund policy and terms, since Gumroad processes all payments and transactions on our behalf.

8. Changes to BANQED

We may update, improve, or modify the BANQED template and script over time. We are not obligated to provide these updates to buyers of earlier versions, though we'll aim to where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, an updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of BANQED after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
